Bulk Shipping Orders

Need to send gifts to clients, staff, or friends across the country? We offer bulk shipping for businesses, holiday gifting, and large celebrations — whether it’s 10 boxes or 200.

Every box is packed by hand right here in our Chicago shop and shipped with care. Because of the time and coordination involved, we handle these orders a little differently than our online store.

How It Works

1. Tell us what you’re looking to send
   We’ll help you choose from our most shippable items (like toffee, turtles, or assorted boxes), and provide an estimate based on selection and destination.
2. Send us your address list
   We’ll give you a template to fill out or you can send us your completed list when we reach out to confirm the order – usually a simple spreadsheet or Word document with your address list and what you’re sending to each recipient, and the gift note that you’d like to go out with the package.
3. We pack and ship each order by hand
   We validate each address before shipping, and if anything is unclear or undeliverable, we’ll reach out to you before it goes out.
4. You receive an invoice
   Once we finalize the quote and validate the labels, we’ll send you an invoice that can be paid online. Full payment is required before orders ship.

Lead Times & Deadlines

• We recommend at least 2–3 weeks’ notice for orders over 20 packages
  Large shipping orders take time to prep, pack, and ship. Holiday season may require even more.
• Holiday shipping deadlines apply
  We usually stop shipping before December 20th to avoid delays. Order early to avoid missing the window. We can always hold an order and wait to prep it closer to it’s shipping date.
• We may limit orders during busy seasons
  If our team is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate new bulk shipping requests — even if you’ve worked with us before. We’ll always do our best to fit you in, but we can’t guarantee it without notice.

Best Practices

• Plan ahead — chocolate doesn’t like to be rushed.
• Let us know about gift messages, tags, or branding needs early.
• Double check your address list. We cannot refund or reuse products that have been returned through the mail due to an incorrect address.
